Put BG back in BGShell

description

ability to start bgshell (powershell runspace) on background (with a notification icon possibly), listen for keyboard shortcuts

I was wondering how to do that - I gave up looking for the feature. Now I see it's not in it. It's all making sense now. ;-)

Oisin, you can run it with -background, but it'll crash because you don't have the hook dll. and if you had it, you wouldn't like it, because every UI process would crash the moment you closed bgshell ;) and there is no way of attaching scripts to keystrokes yet, either
